Irena brings extensive experience from the worlds of finance, funding, and real estate, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate, and over 25 years of experience in the financial sector and approximately 12 years of experience guiding real estate transactions in Israel.

Throughout the years, Irena has supported Israeli and American investors in purchasing properties in Israel, specializing in creative financing solutions, arranging financing for overseas investors, and significantly easing the investor's navigation through interactions with banking entities.

In her work with American investors, the support primarily focused on the financing and financial structure aspects of the transaction. In many cases, the investor was required to independently source the property and the professionals accompanying the transaction, sometimes based on recommendations from family members or acquaintances in Israel.

Yosef Yohanov

Property Management Specialist

Yosef brings over 20 years of experience, specializing in management, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of properties in Israel, alongside regular work with developers and contractors. Over the years, he has worked with property owners, tenants, and suppliers, gaining comprehensive insight into property management in both new and existing projects, with full responsibility for the operational and ongoing management of properties.

Through his work, he encountered the frustration of overseas investors who were required to manage properties remotely—from the stage of tenant search, through routine maintenance and upkeep, to rent collection and deposit to the bank account.

Despite high motivation to invest in Israel, many investors abandon the process early on due to the multitude of professionals involved and fragmented management.
